To check information about the entity in Poland, you need to visit the KRS website. There, input the KRS number of the company and click “Wyszukaj”.
You will see the screen related to the company. Let’s have a closer look at it.
Information about the company
We marked this area as 1. This is the basic information about the company: is it enterprenour, type of entity, the court where it is registered, date of registration.
Information about the owners and board
We marked this area as 2 in the picture above. “Lista wspolnikow” is a list of the owners of the company. If you click it, you will see the date of the document, filesize and format, and other cases where this document is used.
If you click “Pokaz”, and then “Pokaz tresc dokumentu”, you’ll see the exact document, and inside: the owners of the company with the number of shares they possess.
Adresy do doreczen – those are, in general, the addresses where the board receives his correspondence. You can access the document in the same way as the previous one.
All the cases proceeded by the court
This is the biggest part, marked as 3 in the pictures. You may see all cases and their status. If you click the eye icon, you will be taken to the individual case’s documents. Those may be just technical, but they may also reveal problems that company has.
